Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Ohio to support daily store operations and front-end duties as needed. You will help with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers and team members.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and accurate cash handling while maintaining store safety and integrity. Part-time schedules may apply, with opportunities to support across front-end tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and store areas.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
