Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate II in Ohio. You will help with daily store operations, assist customers, and be cross-trained to support the register and front-end duties as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a positive store environment while handling transactions and safeguarding cash. Part-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and unload freight safely per standards.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidy restrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers and team members.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
