Job summary

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and basic math skills for cash handling. Training will cross-train you for various duties to maintain smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Support cash register operations and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed and maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
