Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will work a cashier role when needed and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities for growth and a flexible, part-time schedule in an Austintown, Ohio location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store and restrooms.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
