Job summary

Zymo Research Corporation in Tustin, CA, is seeking a positive, solutions-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support worldwide customers with orders and product inquiries.

The 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule is temporary-to-hire. You will process orders via email/phone, coordinate returns, refunds, and credit memos using NetSuite, and collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems; NetSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders via email, fax, and phone using NetSuite.
• Provide phone and email support on order/product inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Resolve order discrepancies and coordinate returns/refunds/credits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
