Job summary

Zymo Research Corporation is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to support customers worldwide, manage orders, and collaborate with multiple departments to fulfill requests. The role is based at the Zymo Research Operations facility in Tustin, CA, and emphasizes positive customer experiences and process improvements.

Responsibilities include order processing via email/fax/phone, handling product inquiries, and coordinating returns, refunds, and credits with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Attention to detail in order processing and data entry
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred; NetSuite preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders placed via email, fax, and phone using Oracle NetSuite
• Provide phone and email support for order and product inquiries
• Resolve and follow up on order-related discrepancies
• Coordinate returns, replacements, refunds, and credits
• Provide customer feedback to improve processes and customer experience
• Build relationships with key accounts
• Maintain accurate records of communications and order changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill requests
• Advise customers on lead times and promotions
• Suggest workflow improvements to optimize processes
