Zymo Research Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for the Afternoon Shift (12:30PM-4:30PM, Mon-Fri) at the Zymo Research Operations facility in Tustin, CA. The role handles global orders, product inquiries, and collaboration with other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.

The position offers a temporary to hire path with emphasis on order accuracy, ERP/CRM use (NetSuite), and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders via email, fax, and phone using Oracle NetSuite.
• Provide phone and email support on order and product inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve and follow-up on order-related discrepancies.
• Coordinate returns, replacements, refunds, and credit memos.
• Provide customer insight and feedback to improve customer experience.
