Job summary

Zymo Research Corporation in Tustin, CA is hiring a part-time Morning Shift Customer Service Representative (8 AM–12 PM, M–F) on a temporary-to-hire basis. You will support world-wide customers with orders and product inquiries, manage orders in NetSuite, and coordinate with other teams to fulfill requests.

You will help identify customer needs, provide excellent service, and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to evolving processes.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received via email, fax, and phone using Oracle NetSuite.
• Provide phone and email support for order/product inquiries.
• Resolve order discrepancies and coordinate returns, replacements, refunds, and credits.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requests.
