Michaels is hiring at our Washington, MO location for a team member who delivers friendly customer service and supports store operations. You will help customers find products, check out efficiently, and participate in omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS to enhance shopping convenience.

The role involves stocking, merchandise recovery, and maintaining in-stock standards, with opportunities to cross-train in framing and to engage in safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards; enroll.
• Educate customers on the VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; reflect company standards.
• Interact respectfully with others; model company vision and values.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
