Job summary

Key responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, cleaning, assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and protecting cash and assets. The role emphasizes a friendly, safe environment and professional interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, and floors.
• Provide positive, safe, and respectful interactions with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash and assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
