Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage transactions at the register, and help unload merchandise.

You’ll maintain store cleanliness, stock and restock, and ensure safety and friendly interactions with customers and team. Part-time role with opportunities to grow in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
