Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations and provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be cross-trained to handle cash register duties and support front-end tasks as needed.

You’ll help with receiving merchandise, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, inviting environment for customers and colleagues. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, along with basic math for transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and math basics required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support.
• Cross-train to operate cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
