Job summary

Dollar Tree is recruiting for a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, maintaining a friendly, safe, and organized shopping environment.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Prior retail or service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
