Lowe's Customer Service Associate plays a key role in guiding customers through their shopping experience. You’ll welcome customers, help locate products, and ensure timely assistance across departments.

This part-time role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service and teamwork in a busy retail environment. Ideal candidates are capable of standing for extended periods, handling merchandise, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other job activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet timelines.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tint, pipe work, wood, drywall).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
