Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise across departments.

The role may vary by store needs and requires flexibility with daily duties. Ideal candidates have some retail experience, good communication, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe work).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
