Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service at the ticket counter, gate area, and baggage service office.
• Assist customers with check-in, questions, and travel plan changes.
• Operate ticketing, boarding, baggage handling, and reservations systems.
• Handle payments and refunds using cash, checks, credit cards, and vouchers.
• Balance daily transactions and complete required forms and reports.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and teamwork with colleagues.
