Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers
• Greet and assist Customers at the ticket counter, gate area, and baggage service office to ensure smooth travel
• Handles cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers and coupons for tickets and balances daily transactions
• Answers inquiries, provides fare, schedule, and flight information, and resolves issues during delays or disruptions
• Completes forms/reports and writes irregularity/complaint reports as required
• Complies with safety, attendance, and appearance standards per company guidelines
