Hertz in Florida seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver outstanding service at the counter, resolve issues on first contact, and drive guest satisfaction.

The role acts as the primary Net Promoter Score liaison for the store, analyzing results and coaching staff to improve the guest experience while upholding corporate policies and procedures. On-site, hospitality-focused, and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
• Rental car experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service that is above and beyond for satisfaction and retention.
• Handles first contact resolution and customer interaction at the counter.
• Acts as the primary Net Promoter Score liaison for the management team.
• Analyzes NPS results and executes plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Coaches employees, communicates needs, and ensures adherence to corporate policies.
