Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist customers with general questions and appointment scheduling.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Assist the sales team with customer communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes within our system.
• Provide front desk coverage and general administrative support as needed.
• Perform additional customer service duties as assigned.
