You will greet customers, process rentals, cross-sell optional products, handle phone inquiries, and work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts, weekend and holiday hours, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English with clear communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple systems.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process, in compliance with Hertz’s policies and procedures.
• Welcome each customer with a smile and represent Hertz professionally.
• Ensure a clean and safe vehicle for every customer; resolve issues promptly.
• Qualify each customer using Hertz rental guidelines and explain rates and charges.
• Answer phones and assist customers in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Assist and coordinate customers to minimize wait times and promote efficient service.
