The Hertz Local Edition team seeks a Part Time Customer Service and Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador, delivering fast, friendly service and selling Hertz products to meet travel and replacement needs. This commission-based role supports the team with strong customer engagement and revenue generation.

Responsibilities include driving reservations, upselling, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced rental environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and sales experience.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
• Possesses a valid driver's license with good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and effectively sell Hertz products and services.
• Communicate options to waive damage, fuel choices, and upsells to maximize revenue.
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team targets.
• Convert phone inquiries to reservations and rentals; handle post-rental inquiries.
• Solicit bookings after rate quotes and address objections to secure reservations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive customer experience.
