Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of the store.
• Oversee a team of associates and supervise POS coverage and breaks.
• Model outstanding customer service and promote loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, store policies, and safety standards.
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates to management.
