Job summary

The Lincoln Airport Authority is seeking a part-time Customer Experience & Community Outreach Assistant to support airport-wide programs, passenger service, and community engagement. This role provides administrative support across Customer Experience and Marketing, ensuring programs are documented and professionally presented.

Responsibilities include supporting events, maintaining records, handling communications, and assisting with passes and audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with CRM or email-marketing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support for customer experience, marketing, community outreach, and passenger service initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records within applicable systems and communication platforms.
• Monitor customer feedback and coordinate timely follow-up and resolution.
• Assist with customer communications, surveys, promotions, and engagement efforts.
• Support airport guest access programs, including passes and compliance.
• Represent the Lincoln Airport Authority at community events in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with departments, tenants, airlines, vendors and partners to support programs.
• Provide front-line customer assistance and operational support.
