Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support for customer experience and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records within systems and communication platforms.
• Monitor feedback and coordinate follow-up and resolutions.
• Assist with customer communications, surveys, and promotions.
• Support airport guest access programs and ensure program compliance.
• Represent Lincoln Airport at community events and outreach activities.
• Coordinate with departments, tenants, airlines, vendors, and partners.
