Job summary

Lehigh Valley International Airport is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional passenger assistance on weekends and holidays, including baggage handling, wheelchair support, and information services.

You will coordinate ground transportation, maintain safety and cleanliness of passenger assistance equipment, and uphold airport policies while providing friendly, clear communication to travelers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• PC skills include Word, Excel, Outlook and other applicable programs.
• Acceptable written, oral, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with luggage and wheelchairs; lift/move baggage as needed.
• Provide accurate information about airport facilities, transport, parking, and services.
• Assist with passenger luggage handling and wheelchair transport between key areas.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of passenger assistance equipment.
• Support operations during winter conditions for accessible parking.
