Job summary

City of Lee’s Summit is seeking an Airport Service Attendant to support the Airport Division in a part-time capacity. The role handles customer service, answers phones, assists with inventory control, and performs general administrative tasks in a busy airport environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service or aviation-related experience, and a valid driver's license. Schedule includes weekend shifts and varied hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one-year experience in customer service, travel industry, aviation operations or computer applications required.
• Valid State driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests from customers.
• Answer the telephone and assist with inquiries.
• Assist with inventory control measures.
• Perform general administrative and customer service functions for the Airport Division.
