Dollar Tree Stores INC. seeks a Customer Service Associate in Blissfield, MI to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist with questions, manage transactions, stock and unload merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires reliable customer service, ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and strong communication and organizational skills. Part-time position with a team-oriented atmosphere and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs., and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions while working the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
