Job summary

DecoPac Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative in Minnesota to handle inbound calls, process orders, and address billing questions. Remote or on-site work is allowed, with a Monday–Friday 12:00PM–5:30PM shift and a 3rd Saturday rotation.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, clear communication, CRM usage, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a customer support or call center environment.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist with orders, invoicing, and product upsells.
• Demonstrate DecoPac products and services knowledge.
• Present information clearly using approved marketing tools.
• Use CRM to record customer activities accurately.
• Process orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Report any food safety concerns to Manager.
