Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join the Inbound Customer Care team in Minnesota. You will handle inbound calls, assist with orders and billing questions, and triage customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer support or call center, CRM experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred, and you must type at least 30 wpm.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer support or call center environment.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently, but also collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must have excellent computer knowledge and aptitude for utilizing technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
• Must be able to type at least 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of DecoPac products and services.
• Present information clearly to customers utilizing approved DecoPac marketing tools and resources.

• Exhibit and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Report any food safety concerns to Manager for resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Summary:

The Customer Care Representative primarily responsible for providing support to the Inbound Customer Care team to answer inbound customer calls to process orders, answer billing or invoice questions and triage customer concerns.

Schedule:Monday – Friday 12:00PM to 5:30 PM and every 3 rd Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide support with order placement, invoice/billing assistance. Make product suggestions to customers according to their needs with the goal of increasing sales of specifics products/programs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of DecoPac products and services.

• Utilize the CRM system to accurately record all customer activities.

Residency in Minnesota is required. Employees can work remote or at the office. The noise level in the office work environment is usually Quiet.
