Associa Minnesota in Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a dependable Part-Time Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to homeowners, board members, vendors, and internal teams. This role handles inquiries, account questions, and administrative support with a Monday–Friday morning schedule.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and communicates well, offering 1–3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask independently or in a team.
• Data entry and recordkeeping experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Be the first contact for homeowners, board members, residents, and vendors.
• Assist with account, billing, and association questions.
• Document interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments and update records.
• Maintain homeowner and customer records in company systems.
• Process mail and general office communications.
• Scan, copy, file, and organize documents.
• Support managers and office staff on projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
