Job summary

NVR is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate to provide excellent service to homeowners. Training provided; you will handle inquiries by phone and email, document notes in CRM, and coordinate with warranty staff to resolve issues.

The role is onsite at our Reston, VA office with core hours and weekend flexibility. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional customer service experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient typing; document call notes during calls.
• Familiarity with homebuilding or NVR products is a plus.
• 20–25 hours per week, 3–5 day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training to learn procedures and systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced call center.
• Manage customer service issues via phone and email.
• Record and document details in CRM while speaking with callers.
• Coordinate action plans with field warranty employees.
• Keep current with NVR products and warranty procedures.
