Job summary

NVR's Ryan Homes unit is seeking a Warranty Supervisor to deliver exceptional service for new homes. You will manage warranty follow-through, draw on construction experience, and ensure fair, prompt, and courteous attention to customer concerns.

Key duties include scheduling and performing final inspections after settlements, replying to customer calls within 24 hours, reviewing production issues, and providing weekly status updates to division management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Current driver’s license; customer relations experience a plus.

As a Warranty Supervisorat Ryan Homes, an NVR brand, you'll be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and their homes. You'll draw upon your experience in the construction industry to follow-through on NVR company warranties and will offer fair, prompt, and courteous attention to address customer concerns.
