Job summary

Ryan Homes, an NVR brand, is seeking a Warranty Supervisor to deliver high-touch warranty service for new homes. You will leverage your construction experience to follow through on warranties and address customer concerns in a timely, courteous manner.

Key duties include coordinating final inspections after settlement, responding to calls within 24 hours, reviewing production-related issues, and regularly updating management on status and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience in construction.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.
