Job summary

Aaron’s/Fairway Leasing is hiring a Part Time Customer Account Advisor in Dalton, GA. You will help customers stay current on their leases, coach on payments, and handle returns in a safe environment.

This role requires 2 years retail or customer service experience, a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory MVR, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs with dolly). There is potential to move to full-time.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail/customer service experience.
• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly.
• This opportunity has the potential to transition to a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to ownership of their product through coaching our customer on the benefits of making timely payments
• Contact customers over the phone or in person regarding the status of their lease agreement
• Perform merchandise returns when requested
