Job summary

Compensation is $25.00-$28.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, part-time with strong attention to detail and organizational skills expected.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, hospitality, or reservations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage multiple inquiries and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Hotel Rooms corporate group inquiries.
• Apply the 10-room-night minimum and seasonal Saturday policies to determine feasibility.
• Review requested dates against availability and count room types accurately.
• Respond to inquiries within 48-72 hours via phone, email, TripleSeat, or Cvent.
