About The Team

The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract fans (customers).

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect a sense of Care.
• Ability to charm and captivate customers, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
