• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, reflecting Care.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
• Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred; up to 12 base hours per week, increasing to 21 during peak weeks and not exceeding 30 hours.
