Pandora at Jordan Creek Mall is hiring a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to be a brand ambassador and deliver a world-class customer experience. Responsibilities include exceeding sales goals, building connections with customers, and maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Pay ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

About The Team

The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part‑time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our Fans.

Core Responsibilities

• Minimum age 18 years, and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours up to 12 per week base, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week); dependability important.
