Job summary

Pandora in Silverdale, WA is hiring a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class store experience. You will exceed sales goals by building genuine connections with fans, showcase product knowledge, and represent the brand with energy and care.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, mentoring new team members when needed, and delivering KPIs while supporting store operations. Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours per base week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
