Job summary

Pandora A/S is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class customer experience in our Germantown, TN store. You will help exceed sales goals through genuine connections with fans and act as a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, delivering KPI results, cross-training in store functions, and mentoring new team members. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels.
• Age 18 or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to stand extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Capacity for up to 12 hours per week normally, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours).
• Regular schedule during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
