The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling, with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with a sense of Care.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule, at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours base weeks, up to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week, and dependable during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Compensation

$16.75 - $18.25 commensurate with experience.
