Our cooks prepare amazing and nourishing meals for our guests and ensure the highest quality standards of food service and the best culinary experience are provided at all times. They work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus, prepare food, and ensure the meals are prepared in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and policies and procedures.

You will earn:

• Starting wages $15.35/hr
• PLUS $0.85 Hero Pay
• Yearly Wage Increases

Scheduling options:

• Part Time - All shifts include rotating weekends & some holidays
• Shift Schedule: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Daily responsibilities include:

• Preparing meals following all guidelines and regulations
• Coordinating food production with meal service times to ensure quality and appearance
• Assisting with tray line setup and plate assembly
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
• Providing excellent customer service to guests, families, and visitors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe certification
• Basic computer skills
• At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory role in healthcare or similar setting
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for caring
• A team player committed to supporting colleagues
