Job Description

BE A PART OF HISTORY, AND JOIN US AT THE #1 RESORT IN THE MID-ATLANTIC

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines.
  2. Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service.
  3. Learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
  4. Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
  5. Refrigeration and serving of cold food.
  6. Production of orders.
  7. Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times.
Qualifications
  1. Display basic knife skills.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  3. Ability to multi-task.
  4. Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day.
  5. Flexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
