They collaborate with the Executive Chef to create menus, prepare food, and follow established policies, procedures, and sanitation regulations.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Part-time shifts, including rotating weekends and some holidays
• Shift hours: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following all guidelines and regulations
• Coordinate food production with meal times, ensuring quality and presentation
• Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to guests, families, and visitors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe certification
• Basic computer skills
• At least 2 years of related food service experience, preferably in a supervisory role in healthcare or similar setting
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for care
• Team player and dedicated to supporting colleagues
