Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Highland, UT is seeking a part-time Cook (6:30 am - 2:30 pm) to prepare meals per recipes, ensure quality, and support dining services under the Director of Dining Services or Executive Chef.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, Food Handler and ServSafe certifications; 2+ years cooking experience preferred. Must be 18+, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to prepare a variety of foods using different cooking methods.
• Knowledge of food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete a full meal prep schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items per planned menus and recipes with high quality and flavor.
• Ensure proper stocking, inventory use, and food temperatures.
• Maintain HACCP standards and sanitary kitchen areas.
