Topgolf is hiring a team-centered cook to assist in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following standardized recipes and plating standards. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely order execution while keeping a clean workstation and assisting with inventory as needed.

Ideal candidates bring experience in high-volume kitchens, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and order execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment.
• Assist in food inventory management as needed.
