LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Cook to join our team in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality culinary experiences to guests. You will follow recipes, maintain food quality and presentation, and aid in cost control.

The role is part-time (20-25 hours weekly) with weekend mornings required and weekday flexibility. You will handle prep, production and service for events, while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Formación

• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage products
• At least one year of experience as a cook
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Food preparation includes operating kitchen equipment to measure, mix, wash, peel, cut and shred ingredients.
• Trim meat, poultry and fish for use and control waste per guidelines.
• Set up, operate, clean and sanitize all equipment safely.
• Check pars for shift use and rotate stock; notify shortages.
• Assist in preparation, production and service of special functions.
• Follow sanitation standards and proper hand washing techniques.
