Qualifications

• Education: This is an entry culinary level position. 1-2 years related experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate with front and back of the house staff.
• Ability to apply basic arithmetic to food service applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food items in compliance with recipes.
• Maintains highest kitchen safety policies and sanitation.
• Cleans and maintains work area throughout shift.
• Prepares adequate quantities for business volume and prep list requirements.
• Works as a team to deliver excellent guest experience.
