LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Cook to join our hotel kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will follow recipes, maintain food quality, and help manage costs while supporting event and conference catering.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.
• Knowledge of food and beverage products and kitchen standards.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook in a hotel/restaurant.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season and cook menu items following recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with food preparation, portion control and waste reduction.
• Set up, stock, and break down workstation for service.
• Support in special functions and event catering as needed.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and cross-contamination prevention.
