Zusammenfassung

The Village of St. Edward is seeking a part-time cook to support our Fairlawn Campus Assisted Living Facility.

You will handle all aspects of food preparation from scratch, including prep, cooking, baking, slicing and roasting, with inventory control and adherence to state regulations. Qualifications include a high school diploma, ServSafe certification, and at least one year of cook experience in a nursing home or hospital setting.

• One year experience in Nursing Home/Hospital type setting as a cook preferred.
• Servsafe required or obtained when hired.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Able to perform basic math calculations (weights, temps, fractions, etc).
• Able to measure solids and liquids according to recipe specifications.
